1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order is dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Kampala & Surrounding Areas: 1–3 working days

• Rest of Uganda: 3–7 working days

3. Delivery Partners We work with reliable delivery and courier services to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

4. Delivery Charges Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

5. Missed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is missed, our partner will make one more attempt or contact you to reschedule.

6. International Shipping Currently, we only ship within Uganda. For international orders, please contact our support team.

7. Tracking Orders A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped. You can track the status online or by contacting us.
