1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the product

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them

• A valid proof of purchase is required

2. Return Process

• Provide order details and reason for return

• We will arrange a pickup or advise on the return method

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the refund status

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

4. Exchange Products may be exchanged for the same item if found defective.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or special-order items

• Items damaged after delivery due to mishandling

6. Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part
